The former US ambassador to Azerbaijan, Robert Cekuta, shared his views on our country.

Axar.az reports that this was shared on the official account of the US Embassy in Azerbaijan.

Robert Cekuta said that the diversity of Azerbaijan is one of the things he likes the most:

"The main thing I like about Azerbaijan is its diversity. I have always enjoyed the opportunity to see ancient historical places like Gobustan, to be in the heart of nature, and to walk. The diversity of Azerbaijan is simply amazing. However, I must say that the main thing that adds color to any place is the people who live there. Anna, I, and our kids can't imagine coming back here as tourists one day and missing the opportunity to see the people we met here. I think that what I mentioned was the most beautiful part of my work."
