Today, we discussed regional security issues, and at the same time, we exchanged views on deepening security cooperation in the future. We have decided to strengthen our joint fight against international terrorism, which is greatly needed.

Axar.az reports that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev expressed these views in a statement to the press with the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdulfattah Sisi.

The head of state said that because international terrorism is a great threat to the whole world and it will be possible to successfully fight against this threat only as a result of joint efforts.
