On January 28, a protest against the terrorist attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Tehran was held in Izmir, Turkiye.

Axar.az reports that the armed attack on the embassy was condemned and slogans against the Tehran regime were raised in the action held by the South Azerbaijan Cultural Center.

"Our 40 million compatriots living in South Azerbaijan and Iran will not remain silent about the actions of the Tehran regime against the Republic of Azerbaijan, they will be answered in the coming days," the statement said.
