Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this in a joint press statement with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Budapest.

"The Joint Declaration on the deepening of strategic partnership signed today once again confirms our strategic partnership. This is the second signed document on strategic partnership and once again shows that Hungary and Azerbaijan are really friends and strategic partners," the head of state noted.
