Azerbaijan has sent search and rescue teams to the regions affected by the earthquake in Turkiye.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

It was noted that the first group of more than 100 rescue specialists with their equipment is in the earthquake region to help with the rescue work in Turkiye.

"We are with you, Turkiye!" - said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
