Passengers of AZAL returning to Turkiye who could not take advantage of the airline's services due to the earthquake are allowed a full refund or rebooking without penalty.

AZAL and Buta Airways, which operate flights to all international airports of Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya, and "Buta Airways" with flight dates from February 6 to February 21, including March 31, 2023, will be "involuntary" ” procedure, refunds and re-booking for any other dates are provided.
