97th day of the protest action on Khankandi-Lachyn road

The protests on the Khankandi-Lachin road against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan have been going on for 97 days.

Axar.az reports that there were no incidents during the night at the protest site, where security rules were followed at a high level.

As usual, the protesters started the day singing the National Anthem of Azerbaijan.

The eco-activists raise posters written in Azerbaijani, Russian and English on both sides of the road and chant slogans.

They have been calling on the world to protect the environment since the first day of the action.
