Azerbaijan confirms 48 more COVID-19 cases

On the last day, 48 cases of a new type of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection were registered in Azerbaijan, and 35 people were treated and recovered.

Axar.az reports that according to the information provided by the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, so far a total of 829 thousand 265 people have been infected with the coronavirus in the country, of which 818 thousand 791 people have been treated and recovered, and 10 thousand 153 people have died. The number of active patients is 321.

On the last day, 912 tests were performed to determine new cases of infection, and a total of 7 million 549 thousand 363 tests have been performed so far.
