Nowruz brings new hopes - Michel

I sincerely congratulate everyone celebrating Nowruz, including Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Middle East.

Axar.az reports that Charles Michel, the President of the Council of the European Union, wrote on Twitter.

"The beginning of spring brings new hopes, which are much needed in these difficult times. I wish happiness, prosperity and above all peace to those who celebrate the holiday," said Michel.
