Illegal Armenian armed groups stationed in the mountainous part of Karabakh have started training in Khojaly.

Axar.az reports with reference to Ordu.az that illegal militants who consider themselves inviolable in the zone of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping contingent have started shooting training at the Khojaly military range.

It should be noted that the base of peacekeepers is located in Khojaly. The fact that illegal Armenian armed groups are training here is the result of the Russian peacekeepers not fulfilling the requirements of the November 10, 2020 statement and grossly violating it.
