Ilham Aliyev congratulated the President of Portugal

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulation to the President of Portugal Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa on the occasion of National Day of Portugal - Portugal Day.
