The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a fire in the area of ​​dry grass and bushes around oil pipelines on Pahlavan Farzaliyev Street, Nizami District, Baku.

Axar.az reports that the forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were immediately involved in the area.

Thanks to the operational measures taken by the firemen in accordance with the operational conditions, the fire was extinguished in a short time without allowing it to spread, including to the nearby oil pipelines and electric wires.

As a result of the fire, 250 m² of dry grass and bushes burned on the roadside.

Oil pipelines and power lines passing nearby have been protected from fire.
