Weather forecast for March

March average temperature will be close to the climate normal and sometimes above normal in Azerbaijan, the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told on Monday.

The average monthly temperature in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula is predicted to be 5…8 C (4…9 C at nights, and sometimes 0…-2 C, 10…15 C during daytimes, and sometimes even 19…24 C). This figure is close to the climate normal and 1 C above normal.

The monthly precipitation will be close to the climate normal (20-27 mm) and above normal in some places.
