According to information as of September 17 at 5:00 p.m., there was lightning and occasional torrential rain in Guba, Gusar, Ismailli, Sheki, Khaltan, Aghdam, Shahdag, and Sabirabad.

Axar.az was informed about this by the National Hydrometeorological Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

The northwest wind occasionally increased to 18 - 22 m/s in Baku and the Absheron peninsula.

The air temperature was 22 - 24°C in Baku and Absheron Peninsula, 26 - 29°C in lowland regions, and 7 - 13°C in mountainous regions.
