The Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society (AzRCS) welcomes the agreement on the delivery of goods to our territories, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily stationed, by vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross through the Aghdam-Khankendi and Lachin-Khankendi roads.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society.

"We regret that despite the agreement on the opening of both roads at the same time on September 1, 2023, it will be implemented only on September 18.

The Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society believes that the politicization of cargo transportation and its prevention is unacceptable. If necessary, the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, which is an independent, impartial organization, is ready to provide any support to this process," the Society noted.
