Sniper fire from Armenia: we have a martyr - MoD

At noon on September 30, a sniper shot was fired from the position of the Armenian armed forces in the direction of Zarkand settlement of Basarkecher district to the position of the Azerbaijan Army located in the direction of Ashagi Ayrim settlement of Kalbajar district.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

As a result of the fire, our military serviceman Vusal Khaybali oghlu Orujov was martyred. Response measures are taken by our units.

The leadership of the Ministry of Defense expresses deep condolences to the relatives of our martyr.
