The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia proposed to prepare a "loyalty contract" and to sign this document for foreigners entering the country.

Axar.az reports that this was clear from the bill prepared by the institution.

The new document imposed a number of restrictions on foreign nationals entering the country, including a ban on discrediting Russian state policy, denying traditional family values ​​and distorting the contribution of the Soviet people to the victory over fascism.

"Allegiance agreement - on the one hand, it is the permission of the Russian state authorities for the foreign citizen to enter the country, and on the other hand, it is the agreement of the foreign citizen entering Russia with the prohibitions established to protect the national interests of Russia," the document states.

According to the draft law, it is forbidden for a foreigner who came to Russia to interfere in the activities of state bodies, to discredit foreign and domestic state policy, state bodies and their officials in any form during his stay (living) on ​​the territory of Russia.
