Under the leadership of the Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, a meeting of the Ministry's Collegium on the results of 2023 was held on December 9.

Axar.az reports that the meeting was attended by deputy ministers, troop commanders, heads of the ministry's main department, department, service and independent department, commanders of military units and formations deployed in the liberated areas via video link, as well as heads of special purpose educational institutions.

At the meeting, the current operational conditions on the Azerbaijan-Armenia conditional border, and the organization and conduct of military service were extensively analyzed.
