CEC submitted the results to the Constitutional Court

The Central Election Commission (CEC) submitted the protocol on the results of the presidential elections held on February 7 in Azerbaijan together with relevant documents to the Constitutional Court for approval of the results of the elections.

Axar.az reports that by Article 103 of the Constitution, the President-elect takes the oath within 3 days from the day the information about the results of the Presidential elections is officially announced by the Constitutional Court.

It should be noted that presidential elections were held in Azerbaijan on February 7. 7 candidates fought in the elections. Ilham Aliyev won the elections with 92.12% (4577693) votes.
