The first "Turkish Week" will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, on April 22-25.

Axar.az reports about this with reference to the Organization of Turkic States (TDT).

The "Turkish World Exhibition" will be organized as part of the "Turkish Week" consisting of paintings and handicrafts of famous artists of the Turkish world.

"The exhibition serves as a gateway to the rich cultural tapestry of the Turkish world with the contributions of the Organization of Turkic States, the International Organization of Turkish Culture (TURKSOY) and the Turkish Academy. The "Turkish World Exhibition" presents fascinating displays of photos, handicrafts, paintings and "Turkish World on the Silk Road" from the Turkish world. "presents various cultural works, including the photo exhibition. Each exhibit presents ideas about the complex heritage and artistic prowess of the Turkish people," the organization said.

It was noted that the exhibition will be displayed at the Exhibition Gallery in Geneva until May 3, 2024.

It should be noted that today TDT Secretary General Ambassador Kubanichbek Omuraliyev met with the permanent representatives of the member states accredited in Geneva and discussed the final preparations before the first "Turkish Week" event.
