"The Council of Gazus and authorized representatives of the Administration of Caucasian Muslims inform our Muslim brothers and sisters that according to the official calculations of the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory named after Nasreddin Tusi of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the year 1445 ends according to the Hijri-lunar calendar, and the new year 1446 begins. - The 1st of Muharram falls on July 7, 2024, and the day of Ashura falls on July 16.
