We know very well which countries are the biggest carbon emitters and polluters.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this in his speech at the 2nd Shusha Global Media Forum on "Exposure of false information: fight against disinformation".

"However, such a platform should be created so that countries with wider financial opportunities can help others," the head of state said.
