Axar.az reports that this was said by Hikmat Hajiyev, the assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, who spoke on the second working day of the II Global Media Forum.

He noted that disinformation allows manipulation of news.
