On March 6-7, the 5th Extraordinary OIC Summit on Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif will be held in Jakarta, capital of Indonesia.

It was told in the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in the summit, attended by representatives of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation member countries, Azerbaijan will be represented by Deputy Prime Minister Elchin Afandiyev in accordance with the instruction of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

At the end of general discussion in the summit, adoption of Jakarta Declaration on Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif is planned.
