Dear dear Ilham Heydar oglu, after being in Shusha yesterday, I want to once again congratulate those whose hearts beat with Azerbaijan, including those outside the borders of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of the return of Karabakh. Karabakh is Azerbaijan!
