In some places, it rained intensively in the form of torrential rain. Precipitation was heavy in some areas of Balaken-Sheki zone. Snow fell in the mountainous areas of Shahdag and Zagatala regions (Alibey).

The amount of precipitation is 43 mm in Guba (Gudyalchay), 35 mm in Gusar (Leza), 34 mm in Khaltan, 29 mm in Gakh (Saribash), 25 mm in Gryz, 23 mm in Khachmaz, 21 mm in Khinalig, Agsu, 19 mm in Shabran, Ismayilli, Gabala, 18 mm in Shaki (Kishchay), 15 mm in Altiyagac, Oguz, 10 mm in Shamakhi, 8 mm in Astara, Neftchala, Kurdamir, Gadabey, 7 mm in Jafarkhan, 6 mm in Lankaran, 5 mm in Bilasuvar, Sabirabad, Mingachevir, Yardimli, Dashkasan, Shahdag, Lerik , Goychay, Gobustan, Shamkir, Zardab, Naftalan, Goygol, Aghstafa, Ganja, Balaken, Zagatala, Barda, Tartar, Yevlakh, Ordubad, Shahbuz up to 4 mm, Baku and Absheron peninsula up to 1 mm.

As a result of torrential rain, Goychay river flowing through Ismayilli district and Shamkirchay river flowing through Shamkir district flooded. Fog was observed in Nakhchivan, Shahbuz, Balakan, Oguz, Sheki, Shamakhi, Gakh, Guba, Gusar, Gryz, Goychay, Goychay, Lerik.

According to the orange warning, the north-west wind occasionally increased to 22 m/s in Naftalan, 21 m/s in Baku and Absheron Peninsula, and up to 19 m/s in Goranboy according to the yellow warning. According to the Neft Daslari station, the height of the wave reached 3.8 meters.

The minimum air temperature was recorded as 15 degrees in Baku and Absheron Peninsula, 9 degrees in Nakhchivan MR, 13 degrees in Aran regions, and up to 5 degrees in mountainous regions.
