"Special taxis will also be able to use the designated COP29 lanes for the convenience of participants during the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change," Chairman of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) Anar Rzayev said at a briefing on the presentation of the transport plan to be implemented during the COP29 conference.

Axar.az reports that he noted that these are red electric taxis: "Civilians and event participants will be able to use regular taxis during the conference days. However, access to the COP29 lanes will be restricted for those regular taxis."
