Saudi Arabia and Indonesia exempted from Visa

Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia will mutually exempt holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports from short-term visa requirements.

Axar.az reports that this matter was discussed in the session of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly) held today.

After the discussions, "The Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the mutual exemption of holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports from short-term visa requirements" was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.

The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan has ratified visa-free travel for holders of diplomatic and service passports with Indonesia.

The bill on "Mutual exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and service passports between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia" was discussed at today's plenary session of parliament.

The bill was put to vote and adopted.
