The weather in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula is expected to be partly cloudy on November 4, with intermittent cloud cover, and mostly rain-free.

Axar.az reports that according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, there is a possibility of occasional rain in some areas during the night and morning.

In the morning, there will be light fog in some areas. The southeast wind will blow.

The temperature will be 6-8°C at night and 8-11°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be high, at 768 mm Hg. The relative humidity will be 70-80%.

In the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to be mostly rain-free. However, in the Quba-Qusar area, there may be occasional heavy rain during the night. Light fog will also occur intermittently. A moderate eastern wind will blow.

The temperature in the regions will be 1-5°C at night and 6-11°C during the day. In the mountains, the temperature will be 6-11°C below freezing at night, and during the day, it will range from -3°C to 2°C.
