It was noted that there is a possibility of short, heavy rain in some areas of the peninsula at night. The north-western wind will occasionally intensify towards the night.

The temperature will range between 6-8°C at night and 8-11°C during the day. The atmospheric pressure will be 757 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.

In the regions of Azerbaijan, some areas will also experience intermittent rainfall and snow on December 13, with the possibility of heavy precipitation in isolated areas. There will be breaks in the rain during the day, and some places may experience fog. The western wind will strengthen in certain areas.

The temperature will range between 1-5°C at night and 7-12°C during the day in the lowlands, while in the mountains, it will be 3-8°C below freezing at night and 0-3°C during the day.
