Citizens injured in the crash of a passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines have departed for Baku on a special plane of the Ministry of Emergency Situations stationed in Aktau, following the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.

Axar.az reports that the citizens were seen off by Tilegen Abishev, Deputy Head of Kazakhstan's Mangystau Region, and Abilkair Baipakov, the Mayor of Aktau.

Citizens injured in the crash of a passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines have been brought to Baku on a special plane of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), sent to Aktau by the order of President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the MES press service, the plane carrying seven injured individuals has just landed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

A special medical team accompanied the injured citizens on the flight.
