Footage of AZAL plane's black box decoding released -

Footage of the "black box" decoding of the AZAL plane that crashed in Aktau, Kazakhstan, has been released.

Axar.az reports that this work has been conducted by the Brazilian Air Force's Aeronautical Accidents Investigation and Prevention Center.

The Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan has announced that the investigation of the decoded data will begin in the coming days in Astana.

It should be noted that on December 25, an AZAL aircraft operating the Baku-Grozny route was attacked by a Pantsir system in the airspace of Grozny and was damaged. Since the aircraft was not allowed to land in Russia, it changed course to Kazakhstan, where it crashed near Aktau Airport. As a result of the crash, 38 people died, and 29 survived.
