Azerbaijani MFA investigates capture of Agamir Azimov

We have begun an investigation regarding the capture of Azerbaijani citizen Agamir Azimov in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Foreign Ministry spokesperson Aykhan Hajizada.

"We have already contacted the relevant authorities. We will provide information once we receive a response," the Ministry representative added.

It is noted that A. Azimov was detained during an operation against migrants in Russia and was forcibly sent to the Ukraine war. Recently, he was captured as a prisoner of war.
