The actual weather as of 18:00 on February 28 has been announced.

Axar.az reports that, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service, it is currently snowing in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Gobustan, Altyağaj, Guba, Gusar, Khaltan, and Shabran.

By the yellow warning, the west wind speed reached 19 m/s in Lachin, 18 m/s in Zangilan, 17 m/s in Kalbajar, and 15 m/s in Shirvan.

The air temperature was recorded at 1 in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 7 in the Aran regions, up to 5 degrees Celsius in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and frosts of up to 12 degrees Celsius in the mountainous regions.
