President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of the first stage of the Sarijaly village of the Aghdam region on March 27.

Axar.az reports that the head of state and the first lady got acquainted with the work being done here and inaugurated a multifunctional administrative building built for local executive structures.

Then, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva inspected the conditions created in individual houses being built in Sarijaly, participated in the openings of a nursery-kindergarten and a secondary school building, met with residents who moved into new apartments, and presented them with the keys to their houses.
