Strong winds to hit Baku tomorrow

Strong winds will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula tomorrow, and in some regions.

Axar.az reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service has issued a yellow and orange warning regarding the expected windy weather.

Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Kalbajar, Lachin, Zangilan, Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, Ismayilli, Gazakh, Agstafa, Tovuz, Shamkir, Shamakhi, Dashkesan, Gadabay, Goygol, Ganja, Naftalan, Goranboy, Samukh, Mingachevir, Neftchala, Salyan, Bilasuvar, Hajigabul, Lerik and Yardimli will have westerly winds, with wind speeds of 13.9-20.7 m/s.

Northwesterly winds will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, Gobustan, Khizi, Siyazan, Shabran, Khachmaz, Guba, and Gusar, with wind speeds reaching 20.8-28.4 m/s.
