Unstable weather conditions continue across the country.

Axar.az reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service told that, according to information as of 21:00 on April 15, lightning is forecast in some places, intense rain is forecast in Lerik, Balakan, Ismayilli, Imishli, Jalilabad, Lankaran, Sabirabad, Zagatala, Khojaly, Kalbajar, Zangilan, Shusha, Yardimli, Dashkesan, Gadabay, Julfa, Goygol, Shamkir, Jeyranchol, Shabran, Agstafa, Tartar, Barda, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Bilasuvar and Neftchala, and torrential rain is forecast in Tovuz, Oguz, Gakh, Khaltan, Goychay, Ganja, Guba, Gusar, Sheki, Lachin, Agdam, Naftalan and Fuzuli.

Occasional snowfall is observed in Shahdag.

Currently, a northwest wind is blowing, with maximum wind speed reaching 23 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.
