Azerbaijani team’s luggage lost ahead of Ukraine match

The luggage of the Azerbaijani national football team, which will face Ukraine tomorrow in Poland as part of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, has been lost on the way.

Axar.az reports that Polish journalist Piotr Slonka shared this information.

The Azerbaijani team arrived in Krakow without their luggage, and as a result, the players were unable to start their training on time before the match against Ukraine.

It should be noted that Ukraine currently ranks second in the group with 4 points, while Azerbaijan is in fourth place with 1 point.
