The XXX round of the Misli Premier League has kicked off.

Axar.az reports that in the first match of the day, Sumgayit FK faced Kapaz PFK away.

The game ended in a 2–1 win for the Ganja side.

Rauf Huseynli scored twice from the penalty spot in the 86th and 89th minutes for Kapaz, while goalkeeper Yusif Imanov netted an own goal in the 64th minute.

The win takes Kapaz to 24 points, placing them 10th in the table. Sumgayit remain 7th with 38 points.

In the second match of the day, Araz-Naxchivan PFK faced Imishli FK.

The match, held at SOCAR Polymer Arena in Sumgayit, ended in a 1–0 victory for Imishli.

Diogo Cardoso scored the only goal in the 18th minute.

With the win, the visitors moved up to 32 points and sit in 9th place. The Nakhchivan side are 6th with 40 points.

The round will conclude on May 4.
