The main event of the UFC tournament to be held in Baku will feature Azerbaijani fighter Rafael Fiziev against Mexico’s Manuel Torres.

Axar.az reports, citing the Baku City Circuit Operations Company, that the lightweight bout will headline the event.

In the co-main event, fans will see a high-profile middleweight clash between Russia’s Sharabutdin Magomedov, known as “Shara Bullet,” and Brazil’s Michel Pereira.

Fiziev (13–5), currently ranked 11th in the lightweight division, aims to return to title contention with a win on home soil. His opponent, Manuel “Loco” Torres (17–3), is known for finishing all his UFC victories by knockout and maintaining a 100% finish rate.

The UFC Fight Night event is scheduled to take place on June 27 at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku.
