In the XXXI round of the Misli Premier League, Kapaz PFK secured an away victory over reigning champions Sabah FC.

Axar.az reports that the match held at Bank Respublika Arena ended 1–0 in favor of the Ganja side.

The decisive goal came shortly after the restart, with Raham Haciyev scoring in the 46th minute to seal all three points for Kapaz.

The result lifts Kapaz to 27 points, consolidating their position in 10th place in the league table. Despite the defeat, Sabah remain at the top of the standings with 75 points and have already secured the league title.

Elsewhere in the round, İmisli FK and Zira FK played out a 0–0 draw in the opening fixture. The round is scheduled to conclude on May 10.
