The next matches of the second round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup have been played.

Axar.az reports that in Group H, Spain defeated Saudi Arabia, while Uruguay is set to face Cape Verde.

In Group G, Belgium were held to a goalless draw by Iran, while Egypt defeated New Zealand 3-1 to boost their hopes of reaching the knockout stage.
