Bayern Munich are willing to spend over £50million to land Alexis Sanchez this summer, according to reports.

Arsenal want to keep Alexis Sanchez but the forward is no closer to signing a new deal at the club.

Sanchez’s current terms expire next summer and he could leave at the end of the season is no deal has been agreed.

And German newspaper Bild claim Bayern are stepping up their pursuit of the 28-year-old.

Bayern are aware that Sanchez will be in high demand this summer, with Paris Saint-Germain also keen on the former Barcelona ace.

And the report claims Bayern boss Carlos Ancelotti is already working on how to fit Sanchez into his side.

Ancelotti has already signed Niklas Sule and Sebastian Rudy for the summer but wants upwards of six new players at the club.

And the Italian boss is said to have identified Sanchez as the perfect man to play off centre-forward Robert Lewandowski.

Lewandowski was linked with a move to Spain this summer but appears set to remain at Bayern for next season.
