Barcelona is given green light by PSG for Neymar, but...

Barcelona could sign Neymar very quickly if they’re willing to cough up two players and £91million, according to reports. Neymar remains heavily linked with a move back to Barcelona and negotiations been ongoing for the past few weeks now.

Axar.az reports citing Express.co.uk that having paid a world record £200m for Neymar just two years ago, Paris Saint-Germain is not willing to sell unless they can get a profit.

It has been suggested PSG’s asking price is set at close to £230m, but Barcelona does have another option.

PSG is willing to accept a fee of just £91m.
