Turkey: Galatasaray vice-chairman to be discharged

The vice-chairman of the Turkish Super Lig club Galatasaray will be discharged from the hospital Tuesday after testing positive for the coronavirus.

Axar.az reports citing Turkish media.

Abdurrahim Albayrak, 65, said on Twitter the rest of his treatment will continue at home after spending 14 days in the hospital.

The Lions confirmed March 23 he tested positive for the virus known as COVID-19.

Albayrak had become Galatasaray's vice-chairman in an annual general assembly in 2018.
