Turkey, Norway match moved to Spain

A 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying match between Turkey and Norway was moved Tuesday to Spain from Norway because of travel restrictions caused by the coronavirus.

Axar.az reports that the match was scheduled to be played on March 27 at Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo but will be played in Malaga, according to a statement by the Norway Football Federation.

The venue and kick-off time will be announced in the coming days.

Turkey will play the Netherlands, Norway, Montenegro, Latvia and Gibraltar in Group G of the European Qualifiers.
