UEFA decision on Istanbul

The Turkish city of Istanbul will host the final of the UEFA Champions League in 2023.

Axar.az reports that this is stated in a press release of UEFA.

It should be noted that the final match of the 2020/21 season was to be held in Istanbul. However, due to the increase in the number of cases of coronavirus infection in Turkey, the final match was held in Porto.
