It feels free in Baku, Svetlana Mustafayeva, head coach of the French team in rhythmic gymnastics, told on July 24.
“We were in Baku during the European Championships and First European Games as well,” she said. “I feel free in Baku.”
Expressing gratitude to the fans for support, Mustafayeva noted that the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku is amazing and it is a great pleasure to perform there.
Touching upon the performance of her mentee Ksenia Mustafayeva, the coach noted that she is satisfied with the results.
The FIG World Cup Final in Rhythmic Gymnastics kicked off in Baku July 22 and will end on July 24. On the first two days of the tournament, gymnasts from 17 countries competed for medals in all-around competitions. Apparatus finals will be held on the events’ last day.
