Burak Yilmaz, the former football player of the Turkish national team, has finished his professional career.

Axar.az reports that the 38-year-old forward said this at a press conference.

"As you know, last night, one of the greatest players in the world, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, said goodbye to football in the stadium, crying and waving. I wanted to do the same, but it didn't work. I didn't like to announce the decision on the Internet. Today I want to announce that I have finished my career," the veteran forward said.

It should be noted that during his career, Burak Yilmaz played in his country's Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Trabzonspor, China's Beitsin Goan, France's Lille and Netherlands' Fortuna Sittard. The former football player played 77 games in the Turkish national team and scored 31 goals.
