Six Azerbaijani sportsmen will take part on the sixth day of the Olympic Games in Rio.

Azerbaijani swimmers will participate in the Olimpiade: Boris Kirilov (200 m, backstroke),

Fatima Alkeremova(100 m, freestyle).

Azerbaijani judoka Mammadali Mehdiyev will fight with Russian athlete Kiril Denisov.

Also boxer Abdulkadir Abdullayev (91 kg) will seek to participate in the semi-finals, canoeist.

Jure Meglic will continue his participation in canoe-slalom, gymnast Oleg Stepko will in the final of artistic gymnastics.

The 31st Summer Olympic Games will be held in Rio on Aug.5-21, while the 15th Summer Paralympic Games will take place on Sept.7-18.
